MY PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION
My experiences as a teacher and principal have helped me to develop my philosophy of education. I believe that education is top priority and all students can learn, schools should be the place to prepare them for their different life and time and to be long life learners through meaningful learning. I believe that school is the place of learning and growth for both students and teachers as professional development is vital to teacher effectiveness. School leader should ensure a healthy climate where constant support and guidance provided for students to achieve the school goals through teamwork, collaboration and cooperation, moreover; inspiring vision, clear goals related to student achievement, strong communication system, performance management and accountability are essential ingredients for effective school.
