MY Journey Through Teaching and Leaning Module in BUID

Despite my vast experience in teaching and management, it was the first time I heard of these names.  I now realize their tremendous contributions to the educational discipline. I learned about the Piagetian approach of using objects and educational materials in the classroom, free choice, and the role play activities of Erikson in preschool through the initiative stage (three.) Moreover, how the students are motivated to behave and follow the rules in the classroom.  I also learned and understood the practices of the preschool teachers which were influenced by the Erikson theory.
